CSI Mini Eagles Dance/Cheer Camp

Instruction in cheer/tumbling/stunting/dance.

Parents will need to fill out a registration form for each individual child.

Cost: $60. Fee includes T-shirt and 2 game tickets.

This camp is for: Boys & Girls ages 5 to 12

When: Saturday, February 22nd from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. Performance at halftime of the Women's Basketball game at 1 pm.

Where: CSI Gym, 315 Falls Avenue, Twin Falls, ID 83303

Deadline: Registration is due Feb 17th; A t-shirt will not be provided to anyone registered after February 17th, no exceptions. Spots are limited.

Parent/Guardian Release

In consideration of your acceptance of this application, I, as a parent or guardian of my child, hereby release The College of Southern Idaho, the Athletic Department, and all their employees and agents from all claims on account, of any injuries or illness which may be sustained by my child while attending the mini camp. I further agree to hold the College of Southern Idaho and all their employees and agents harmless from any or all claims made against them on account of my child’s participation in the mini camp. I also give you permission to act in your best judgement in treating any injury that my child may sustain during the mini camp.

CSI Photo - Waiver

I understand the College of Southern Idaho retains the right to use photographs of campers taken at the camp for publicity and advertising purposes.
