Teacher Leaders in Science Education from throughout Idaho are intentionally improving their own efficacy by engaging in data-driven decisions regarding their own instructional practices. They collaborate and problem solve together as a cohort of teacher leaders from across the entire state. They expand their circle of positive impact beyond the walls of their own classroom and their own school districts by encouraging, mentoring, and nurturing the efficacy of other science educators with their leadership.
